How it works. Once we get in contact with you, we will send you information about our services and connect you with a recruiting agent (most of our agents are current or former lab professionals). Once you tell us what you're looking for, we give you options for the kind of place that would be a good fit for you. We pride ourselves on personally vetting all placement locations. Once you have chosen a location and a contract you would like to pursue, we make final arrangements with the location and you're on your way!

What do you get? As a traveler you are actually our employee on a temporary basis, meaning you are entitled to health insurance (if needed), sick days, and all of the rights and protections that come with being an employee. Because you are an asset to us, we are here to defend you if your placement is treating you poorly and your SALTBRIDGE recruiter will be available to you whenever you need help.

In addition, if you are outside your home metropolitan area, you are entitled to a housing and travel stipend that depending on the region, will amount to several hundred dollars per week on top of what you will receive as your base wages.
